Cancelation / Refund Policy
1. The deposit / registration fee of $150.00 is non-refundable.
2. If cancelation is made up to two months before (May 11, 2025), one night room revenue, in addition to the deposit / registration fee.
3. If cancelation is made anytime after May 11, 2025, but before June 12, 2025, three nights room revenue in addition to the deposit / registration fee.
4. If cancelation is made after June 27, 2025 no refund will be given.
