3. Register before February 14, 2025 to qualify for the early bird rate. Pay registration fee $150.00 by February 14, 2025  and balance by March 31, 2025. 

4.  Full payment must be made by March 31, 2025 to qualify for the early bird rate.

5. NB. Prices will increase to the regular rate after March 31, 2025.
